On December 1st, 2017 the jcwifi.com email server will be upgraded to improve security and reliability. If you
access your jcwifi.com email on our website, you will not need to do anything. If you access your jcwifi.com
email via a client (Outlook, Mac Mail, Thunderbird, Windows Live Mail, Etc.), you will need to make changes to
the settings in your email client to continue receiving mail after December 1.
You can make the changes any
time before December 1 and you will continue to receive mail. The new settings are listed below. We also have
added walkthroughs on our website, http://www.jcwifi.com/support.html, to help guide you through the
changes. If you need assistance in making these change you can call support at 815-233-2641 Monday through
Friday from 8:30 A.M. -5:00 P.M.
